The challenge

The personal trainers and its members relied on paper slips to log workouts. Customers who trained with them had their papers stored in a box with tabs for the first letter of their last name. X-Force needed to modernize how they managed this and transition from manual to digital because the old paper slip system was cumbersome and difficult to track over time.

The goal

In collaboration with Molnify, X-Force aimed to digitalize this process by developing a custom app. This app would be specifically tailored to X-Force’s unique method and their specialized training machines. The purpose of the app would be to enable easy registration and tracking of training progress, directly from an iPad or smartphone.

The goal was clear: create a custom app to digitalize the training log and enhance professionalism. The app would improve service and make tracking easier and more transparent for both trainers and clients. By streamlining the training process, X-Force would be able to offer its members an even better training experience.

Introducing Molnify's solution into our training concept was a natural step forward. It has not only accelerated the development of our app, but also significantly improved the service we offer our clients. The solution

In close collaboration, we tackled the challenge and developed a custom app. The content and logic of the app were created in Excel, making the development process quick and agile. Changes and additions can now be quickly tested and updated as needed. This approach makes the X-Force app as unique as their training method and gym, providing a solution tailored to their specific needs.
